Of course, everything started internally with a thorough study of the client, as well as conducting a competitive analysis and a benchmark. When entering this kind of field, it's crucial to rely on a deep understanding of the ecosystem.
When the time for action, the real action, comes, we don't beat around the bush. Because to do it right, we believe in sequencing the work.
- Workshop: An (effective) workshop with our clients, including, of course, the executive team and key members of the communications department.
- Brand Platform: Based on the insights gathered during the workshop and guided by our instincts as communicators, we move on to creating the positioning, brand insight, manifesto, and all foundational elements. Our credo is to make the brand platform both accurate and actionable. With us, platforms don’t gather dust in drawers; they truly guide brands on a daily basis.
- Creative Sprint: Our creatives, who are deeply immersed in the project and involved from the start, move on to the concrete, tangible, palpable expression… you get the idea. From the new logo to the tagline, including iconography and the design system, everything is created.
- Rollout: Once all of this is approved with the client, it’s time to provide them with all the tools they need, fully aligned with the strategy and concept.
Result: A new brand, created by us, ready to conquer international B2B clients. Nothing less.
